Pricing
PMS pricing scales with portfolio size and the per-unit rate drops as it grows. Rental Manager (5-19 properties): EUR 10.45/property at 10 properties (EUR 104.50/month). Rental Manager Plus (20-149 properties): EUR 7.25/unit at 20 properties, EUR 4.25/unit at 50, EUR 2.91/unit at 100. Rental Enterprise (150+ properties) starts at EUR 2.61/unit. The separate Channel Manager product is commission-only: 0% setup fee, 0% monthly fee, 1.3% per booking. i-Rent.net states it offers a free trial but does not publish a fixed number of days.
Magic Home Photos
i-Rent.net also runs an AI photo enhancement tool, Magic Home Photos, offering 15 free photo edits and one free video. It can brighten and balance lighting, straighten vertical lines, remove clutter, set dining tables, remake beds, and sharpen images.
